Sports Specialty Programs:

Our sports performance training programs are designed to take athletes to the next level of their competition. Our programs are based on the latest research and works adopted in professional sports programs and are appropriate for athletes of all ages and all abilities. We will tailor your program and training specifically to you and your goals!

Overhead Athlete:

Our overhead athlete program, like all of our specialty programs is based on the latest research and works that have been adopted in professional sports, more specifically the MLB. At each stage of the process, we will determine which specific corrective exercises are appropriate for you and your findings.

How does this work?

  1. We start off to boost your performance by first returning to the fundamentals of movement, ensuring you have established the basic necessary healthy movement patterns required as an athlete.
  2. Next, we’ll ensure you possess the required mobility and strength measurements established in the literature for improved performance and injury prevention.
  3. From there, we’ll move on to measure higher level movement patterns with tests that are found in most professional sports draft combines.
  4. Once these higher level movement patterns are solidified, we’ll asses your dynamic control at the limits of your stability. This is where the rubber meets the road and where most injuries occur in sport competition. We want to improve your ability to control the forces acting in and through your body at your limits, so that it can improve your performance instead of hinder it.
  5. Finally, when you have passed through all of those stages and demonstrated safe fundamentals, we’ll introduce power so that you can most efficiently absorb, control, and/or produce force in powerful, athletic motions that will take your game to the next level!
